Comprehensive Psychology Services specializes in psychological evaluations, ADHD evaluations, neurocognitive assessments, pain management evaluations, and pre-surgical psychological clearances.

For Patients
Most patients are referred by their physician, surgeon, pain management specialist, or healthcare provider. Once a referral is received, our office will verify insurance benefits and contact the patient directly regarding scheduling and any applicable financial responsibility.

For Referring Providers
Comprehensive Psychology Services works with physicians, surgeons, pain management specialists, and healthcare providers throughout Florida and PSYPACT-participating states. Referrals may be submitted by phone, fax, or email.

Reports are typically completed within 2–3 business days following the evaluation.
